Data: full_cross_section_occ_remap_6809.dta
	CPS merged cross-sectional data as described in the data appendix.

Run stata Program: gen_percentiles.do
	creates percentiles of income by family in the cross-sectional data
	produces dataset: full_cross_section_occ_remap_6809_percentiles.dta


To make table 7: cyclicality by race, education, and top 1%

Run 
	faminc_aves_race_ed.do -- creates data for putting into cps cyclicality worksheets on 				education
	faminc_aves_percents.do -- creates data for putting into cps cyclicality worksheets on 
		top one percent

Use raw data from Burkhauser et al:
	Top_income_shares_1967-2006_with_blip_discussion.xls (data from Jeff Larrimore)
	And put data into worksheet CPS cyclicality.xls (and CPS cyclicality NIPA.xls)


To make Table 5:

Run summary_stats_top_percent.do and faminc_aves_occupations.do
	And paste the data into the worksheet "Who is top1.xls"
